- Digital Training Sessions — live, 1-on-1 virtual instruction delivered through The Pishon Academy

- Digital Products — downloadable or fixed-scope products offered through our Shop.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
3. User Eligibility

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order or booking for any reason, including pricing errors, lack of availability, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.
5.2 Pricing and Payment
Prices for our services, training sessions, and digital products are displayed on our website and are subject to change without notice. We accept payment through the methods indicated on our website. You agree to pay all fees and charges incurred in connection with your orders or bookings, including applicable taxes.
5.3 Payment Terms
Payment for services must be made in full, or as agreed upon in a written contract, before work commences or a training session is scheduled. For ongoing projects, a payment schedule may be agreed upon; failure to adhere to the payment schedule may result in suspension or termination of services.
5.4 Pishon Academy Pricing and Payment
5.4.1
Prices for Pishon Academy training are displayed on academy.pishondesigns.org or communicated directly to the participant before registration. The stated fee applies to the specific training course, format, and number of sessions purchased.
5.4.2
Full payment is required before a registration is confirmed and before training is scheduled, unless Pishon Design Studio agrees otherwise in writing. Registration alone does not reserve or guarantee a training slot until the required payment has been received and confirmed.
5.4.3
Payments must be made using one of the payment methods provided by Pishon Design Studio. Participants are responsible for any transaction, transfer, currency-conversion, or other charges imposed by their bank or payment provider.
5.4.4
Prices may be changed at any time. A price change will not affect a registration that has already been fully paid and confirmed. Any discounts, promotional prices, or special offers apply only under the conditions stated with that offer and cannot be applied retrospectively.

Cancellation and refund rights are subject to Section 6 of these Terms and any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.
6. Refunds and Cancellations
6.1 Refund Policy
Pishon Design Studio does not offer refunds for web design, branding, cyber intelligence services, digital training sessions, or digital products once work has begun, a training session has started, or a digital product has been delivered. All sales are final. While refunds are not provided, we are committed to delivering high-quality services and will make reasonable efforts to address client concerns.
6.2 Order and Training Cancellations
You may request to cancel an order or a Pishon Academy registration before work has commenced, the training session has begun, or products have been delivered. If you cancel after work or a training session has commenced, you will be responsible for paying for the work or session time completed up to the point of cancellation.
7. Shipping and Delivery
7.1 Shipping Terms
For physical products, shipping costs and delivery times are calculated based on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
7.2 Risk of Loss
All physical items purchased from Pishon Design Studio are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 Ownership
All content, designs, graphics, logos, trademarks, training materials, and other intellectual property displayed on our website, delivered through Pishon Academy, or provided as part of our services are the property of Pishon Design Studio or our licensors, unless otherwise agreed in a written contract. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our services and access our website and training materials solely for your personal or business use.
8.2 Restrictions

9. Client and Training Participant Responsibilities
Clients and training participants are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete information needed for the delivery of services or training.
- Ensuring that all content provided to Pishon Design Studio does not infringe on the rights of third parties or violate any laws.
- Reviewing and approving all work submitted by Pishon Design Studio in a timely manner.
- Attending scheduled Pishon Academy sessions at the agreed time; missed sessions are not automatically rescheduled or refunded.
9.1 Participant Expectations for The Pishon Academy
Participants are expected to attend sessions on time, come prepared with any required tools, accounts, software, or materials communicated before training, and participate respectfully throughout each session. Participants are responsible for completing any assigned exercises or practical work necessary to benefit fully from the training.
Pishon Academy does not guarantee specific results, employment, income, certification, business outcomes, or mastery of any subject solely from attending the training. Results depend partly on the participant’s attendance, participation, practice, and application of the material.
9.2 No-Shows and Missed Sessions
Participants are expected to attend all scheduled Pishon Academy sessions at the agreed date and time. If a participant fails to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be considered used and will not be refunded, credited, or automatically rescheduled.
If advance notice is given, any rescheduling will be at the discretion of Pishon Design Studio and subject to trainer availability.
10. Cyber Intelligence Services — Additional Terms
Our cyber intelligence services are advisory and educational in nature, intended to help clients identify risks, improve digital hygiene, and reduce exposure to scams and phishing. These services do not constitute a guarantee against security incidents, data breaches, or unauthorized access, and Pishon Design Studio makes no warranty that any account, system, or business will be free from cyber threats following our engagement. Section 11 (Limitation of Liability) applies fully to these services.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pishon Design Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, or data, arising from:
- Your use of or inability to use our website or services.
- Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or any personal information stored therein.
- Any bugs, viruses, or similar code transmitted to or through our website by any third party.
