These are the Terms and Conditions for our 3 tier Pricing Plans here.

1. Agreement Overview

By purchasing any website design service from Pishon Design Studio, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms govern the scope of work, payment terms, support duration, promotional materials, attribution requirements, and other services included in each package.

2. Scope of Work

The services provided will vary depending on the selected package:

Offer 1 (Middleman) – $1000 Package

  • Website design with 4-5 pages of content.

  • 2 weeks of post-launch support for minor updates.

  • One promotional business flyer designed as a complimentary gift from Pishon Design Studio (no client input required).

Offer 2 (Popular!) – $2000 Package

  • Website design with 5-10 pages of content, including a blog.

  • 4 weeks of post-launch support for minor updates.

  • One year of free SSL certificate, domain registration, and hosting.

  • Two promotional business flyers designed as complimentary gifts from Pishon Design Studio (no client input required).

Offer 3 (Pishon Elite)  – $4000 Package

  • Website design with up to 15 pages, including e-commerce functionality and a blog with 3 initial articles loaded.

  • 3 months of post-launch support for minor updates.

  • Two years of free SSL certificate, domain registration, and hosting.

  • On-page SEO optimization and Google Analytics installation.

  • Two promotional business flyers designed as complimentary gifts from Pishon Design Studio (no client input required).

3. Payment Terms

  • 70% Payment must be made before work begins unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

  • Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced once hosting has been paid for and any work has started on the website.

  • Late payments may result in delays or suspension of services.

4. Support Period

The support period begins immediately after the website is launched:

  • Offer 1: Support is limited to 2 weeks.

  • Offer 2: Support is limited to 4 weeks.

  • Offer 3: Support is limited to 3 months.

Support includes minor updates such as text changes or image replacements but excludes major redesigns or additional features. After the support period ends, additional maintenance or updates will be charged separately.

5. Hosting, Domain, and SSL

For Offers 2 and 3:

  • Hosting, domain registration, and SSL certificates are provided free for the specified duration (1 year for Offer 2; 2 years for Offer 3).

  • After this period, renewal fees will apply unless otherwise stated.

  • Pishon Design Studio is not responsible for downtime caused by third-party hosting providers.

6. Promotional Flyers

Promotional flyers are provided as complimentary gifts from Pishon Design Studio. No client input is required for their design. The flyers will be created based on our professional judgment and delivered alongside the website project.

7. Attribution Footnote

All websites designed by Pishon Design Studio will include a “Designed by Pishon Design Studio” footnote at the bottom of every page. This footnote will link back to our website. Removal of this attribution without prior written consent will result in additional fees.

8. Content Delivery

The client agrees to provide all necessary materials (e.g., logos, text content) within the agreed timeline unless otherwise stated in the package description. Delays in content delivery may impact project timelines.

For Offer 3:

  • Blog articles included in the package will be created by Pishon Design Studio based on industry-standard practices.

9. E-Commerce Functionality (Offer 3 Only)

E-commerce functionality includes basic setup of product pages, payment gateways, and cart systems. Additional customizations or advanced features may incur additional fees.

10. SEO Optimization (Offer 3 Only)

On-page SEO includes:

  • Optimization of meta tags, headings, alt text for images, and basic keyword integration.
    Advanced SEO services such as backlink building or detailed keyword research are not included unless purchased separately.

11. Google Analytics Installation (Offer 3 Only)

Google Analytics will be installed on the website to track visitor activity. Clients are responsible for managing their Google Analytics account after installation.

12. Revisions Policy

During the design process:

  • Each page is eligible for up to one round of revisions at no additional cost. Subsequent revisions will be billed at an agreed rate to avoid endless revisions.

  • Additional revisions beyond this limit will incur extra fees based on complexity.

13. Timeline Expectations

Estimated timelines for project completion:

  • Offer 1: Approximately 2 weeks from project start date.

  • Offer 2: Approximately 4 weeks from project start date.

  • Offer 3: Approximately 6 weeks from project start date.

Delays caused by late client feedback or content delivery may extend these timelines.

Commencement depends on work activity on ground.

14. Third-party Integrations

If clients request third-party integrations (e.g., payment gateways or plugins), these requests must be communicated during project planning. Additional fees may apply depending on the complexity of integration.

15. Post-Support Services

After the support period ends:

  • Ongoing maintenance plans are available at an additional cost.
    Clients can contact Pishon Design Studio for a quote tailored to their needs.

16. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes:

  • Both parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation before pursuing legal action.
    Disputes must be submitted in writing within 30 days of project completion or termination.

17. Force Majeure Clause

Pishon Design Studio shall not be held liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet outages, or government restrictions.

18. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full payment:

  • The website design becomes the property of the client.

  • Pishon Design Studio retains rights to any proprietary tools or templates used during development.
    The “Designed by Pishon Design Studio” footnote must remain intact unless removal is agreed upon in writing.

19. Limitation of Liability

Pishon Design Studio is not liable for:

  • Issues arising from third-party hosting providers or domain registrars after transfer.
  • Losses due to hacking or security breaches unless caused by negligence during setup.
