Pishon Design Studio — Website Plans Terms & Conditions

Covers: Middleman, Popular!, and Pishon Elite website plans.

Effective date: October 14, 2025

1) Plans & Scope

Middleman — $1,000

  • Up to 5 pages, responsive build
  • 1 year hosting, domain & SSL
  • 2 weeks post-launch support (minor tweaks)
  • Basic on-page SEO

Popular! — $2,000

  • Up to 10 pages
  • Blog with 3 starter articles loaded
  • 1 year domain & hosting, 1 year SSL
  • On-page SEO and Google Analytics install
  • 1 month post-launch support
  • Content review support
  • 2 promotional business flyers (digital, complimentary)

Pishon Elite — $3,500

  • Up to 15 pages
  • Basic e-commerce (simple payment integration)
  • Blog with 5 starter articles loaded
  • 2 years premium hosting & domain, 2 years SSL
  • 3 months priority support
  • Basic on-page SEO and Google Analytics install
  • Advanced features (custom forms, booking) and site migration

Out of scope (all plans unless quoted): custom web apps, complex integrations, advanced SEO (audits, backlinking, content programs), paid third-party licenses beyond what’s listed, new features/pages not in your plan, major redesigns.

2) Payments

  • Default: full payment at checkout via our online shop (PayPal checkout).
  • If you need an alternate arrangement (e.g., deposit/payment schedule), contact us before purchase so we can invoice accordingly.
  • All prices are in USD. Gateway/processor fees and any applicable taxes are your responsibility.

3) Support Window (starts at launch)

  • Middleman: 2 weeks
  • Popular!: 1 month
  • Elite: 3 months
  • Included: minor text/image swaps and small layout tweaks. Not included: new pages, major design changes, or new features—these are quoted separately.

4) Hosting, Domain & SSL

  • Middleman: 1 year hosting, domain & SSL included.
  • Popular!: 1 year domain & hosting + 1 year SSL.
  • Elite: 2 years premium hosting & domain + 2 years SSL.
  • After the included period, standard renewal fees apply. We are not responsible for third-party provider downtime.

5) Timelines

  • Middleman: about 10 days (excluding weekends/holidays)
  • Popular!: about 21 days
  • Elite: about 6 weeks or more, depending on customizations
  • Timelines assume on-time content delivery and approvals.

6) Content & Client Responsibilities

  • Provide brand assets, copy, product details and any legal pages when requested.
  • You warrant you have rights to all materials supplied.
  • Delays in content or feedback extend timelines.

7) Revisions

  • One consolidated revision round per page/template in design.
  • Extra rounds or new requests are change-of-scope and billed at our studio rate.

8) E-commerce (Elite)

  • Baseline setup: products, cart/checkout, gateway connection.
  • Merchant account/KYC/compliance sit with you. We do not store card data and are not your PCI officer.

9) SEO & Analytics

  • On-page SEO setup for the pages we build (titles, meta, headings, alt text, basic internal links).
  • Google Analytics install where included; you manage the property and access after install.
  • Advanced SEO (audits, backlink outreach, content programs, ongoing strategy) is not included.

10) Refunds & Cancellations

  • Before kickoff and before any third-party purchases (domain, hosting, SSL, paid plugins, stock assets): you may cancel for a refund minus payment-gateway fees.
  • After kickoff or once third-party services are purchased or work has begun: payments are non-refundable. Custom design/development is a service; change of mind isn’t a basis for refund.
  • Third-party costs (hosting, domain, SSL, paid plugins, stock assets) are non-refundable once ordered, even if the project is later paused or canceled.
  • Chargebacks: initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of services while we seek reversal.

11) Licenses & Third-party Tools

  • Stock, fonts, plugins and themes may carry their own licenses/renewals. We will note required licenses when applicable.
  • If a provider changes pricing or discontinues a tool, substitutes or rework will be quoted.

12) Approvals, Access & Handover

  • We request timely approvals at milestones.
  • Admin credentials and final deliverables are provided after full payment (or as stated on an approved invoice).

13) Portfolio Credit (Attribution)

  • A small footer credit “Designed by Pishon Design Studio” may appear. Removal requires written consent and an attribution-removal fee.

14) Browser & Device Support

  • We support the current and previous major versions of Chrome, Safari, Edge and Firefox on common desktop/mobile sizes.
  • Internet Explorer and outdated browsers are not supported.

15) Pauses, Inactivity & Abandonment

  • If content/feedback is delayed more than 14 days, we may pause and re-book the slot.
  • At 30 days of inactivity, the project may be marked abandoned; a restart fee and new schedule will apply.
  • Payments made are retained; unpaid approved work becomes due.

16) Privacy & Data

  • We handle credentials with care and use them only for the project.
  • You are the data controller for personal data collected on your site; maintain your own Privacy Policy and compliance.

17) Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for registrar/host outages, third-party failures, or security incidents beyond our control.
  • Our total liability is limited to fees paid to Pishon for the project giving rise to the claim.

18) Dispute Resolution

  • Parties will attempt good-faith mediation before legal action.

19) Changes to These Terms

  • We may update these Terms on our site. The version in effect at the time of your order applies unless otherwise agreed in writing.
