What are the differences between the three website plan tiers?

Our three website plan tiers are designed to cater to different needs and budgets:

  • Middleman Plan: Ideal for startups and small businesses needing an online presence. It includes a home page, contact page, and basic information pages (up to 5-7 pages total), along with mobile-friendly design.
  • Popular! Plan: Best for growing businesses that require more functionality. This plan includes additional pages (up to 15 pages total), a blog setup and a live chat.
  • Pishon Elite Plan: Suitable for businesses looking for a fully customized and feature-rich website. It includes custom design elements, e-commerce features, and premium SEO optimization.

How long does it take to complete each website plan?

The timeline  depends on the plan chosen:

  • Middleman Plan: Typically takes about 10 days to complete. Excluding weekends and public holidays.
  • Popular! Plan: Usually requires 21 days for completion.
  • Pishon Elite Plan: Due to its customizations and added features, it can take 6 weeks or more to complete.

These timelines are estimated and can vary based on client feedback, content availability, and specific project requirements.

Can I upgrade my plan after my website is launched?

Yes, you can upgrade your plan at any time. If you start with a Middleman or Popular! Plan and later decide you need more features or customization, you can easily upgrade to the Pishon Elite tier. Our team will work with you to integrate the additional features and functionalities required, ensuring a smooth transition without disrupting your website’s performance.

Do the plans include website maintenance and support?

Each plan includes a different level of maintenance and support:

  • Middleman Plan: Offers 2 weeks of free post-launch support for minor updates and technical assistance.
  • Popular! Plan: Includes 4 weeks of post-launch support, which covers regular updates, security checks, and minor content changes.
  • Pishon Elite Plan: Provides 3 months of comprehensive support, including regular updates, security monitoring, performance optimization, and priority support for any issues or changes.

After the initial support period, ongoing maintenance packages are available to ensure your website remains up-to-date and secure.

Will my website be mobile-friendly and well designed?

Absolutely! All of our website plans include mobile-friendly design and  optimization to ensure your site looks great on any device.

What are the payment options and terms for each tier?

Payment for our website plans is billed in full at the time of purchase through our online shop. This ensures a seamless process, allowing us to start working on your project right away. We also offer the following payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit Card: Secure payment processing through Stripe/Paystack
  • Direct Bank Transfer: Transfer directly to our bank accounts, (US & Nigeria). Details will be provided upon request.

If you prefer a more flexible payment arrangement or have any specific payment needs, please contact us directly before making your purchase. We can discuss alternative options, such as setting up a custom invoice with a deposit and a payment schedule that suits your requirements. Our aim is to make the payment process as easy and convenient as possible for you.
