These are the Terms and Conditions on our ongoing promo here. All aspects apply.

1. Offer Validity

  • This 50% discount applies to all three website design packages outlined in Pishon Design Studio’s services.

  • The promotion is valid April 1, 2025, to April 30, 2025, based on Eastern Daylight Time (EDT). Late submissions will not qualify.

2. Eligibility

  • The discount is automatically applied at checkout for all eligible orders.

  • If checkout is not possible, clients can email us with the subject line “April 2025 Discount” to receive instructions on how to proceed.

3. Payment Terms

  • 80% of the discounted total must be paid in full before work begins.

  • The remaining 20% is due within 24 hours after the website goes live.

  • All payments are non-refundable, as digital services (including website design and hosting setup) cannot be returned.

4. Restrictions

  • Cannot be combined with other coupons, promotions, or negotiated pricing.

  • Discount applies only to base package prices. Additional services (e.g., extra pages, custom features) incur standard fees.

  • Excludes renewals of hosting, domain, or SSL after the free periods specified in Offers “Popular!” and “Pishon Elite”.

5. Attribution Requirement

  • All discounted websites must retain the “Designed by Pishon Design Studio” footer linking to your website. Removal without written consent incurs a $500 fee.

6. General Conditions

  • Pishon Design Studio reserves the right to modify or terminate this offer without notice.

  • Discount does not apply to orders placed before April 1, 2025, or after April 30, 2025.

  • Force Majeure: Pishon Design Studio is not liable for delays caused by third-party services, natural disasters, or technical issues beyond our control.
