These are the Terms and Conditions on our ongoing promo here. All aspects apply.
1. Offer Validity:
- This offer is valid from Nov 1-30, 2024.
2. Eligibility:
- The offer is available to small businesses, startups, nonprofits, and entrepreneurs.
- It is not available for established companies, hotels, e-commerce businesses, or any business requiring a custom website beyond a basic setup (4 pages: Home, About, Services, Contact).
3. Website and Additional Services:
- The offer includes a basic functional website delivered within 7 days, with 1 year hosting and domain registration included.
- One month of free maintenance are also included.
- The content for the website must be provided by the client.
4. Payment Terms:
- The total cost of the offer is $350.
- A deposit of 70% ($245) is required upfront before project commencement.
- The remaining 30% ($105) is due upon completion of the website.
- For Nigerians, the exchange rate is at N1700 – $1
5. Changes and Revisions:
- Any additional changes or revisions beyond the scope of the basic setup will be subject to additional charges.
- The offer does not include custom features or extensive revisions. You could see our full rates here.
6. Cancellation and Refunds:
- Once the project has started, no cancellations or refunds will be accepted.
- The client must provide all required content and information in a timely manner to ensure project delivery within the stipulated 7-day period.
7. Design and Intellectual Property:
- Client’s input is welcome, but the design is ultimately at Pishon Design Studio’s discretion.
- All designs, imagery, and visuals remain the intellectual property of Pishon Design Studio unless provided by the client.
- All websites will carry a footnote, “Designed by Pishon.”
8. Confidentiality:
- Both parties agree to keep all information exchanged during the evaluation and project confidential.
