    Payment terms<\/h2>\n

    Promo price:<\/strong> $500 USD, due in full<\/strong> before work begins. Payment processed via PayPal.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Client is responsible for any PayPal\/transaction fees. Payments are considered received when cleared in Pishon\u2019s merchant account. Once work begins<\/em>, payments are non-refundable except as required by law.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Definition \u2014 \u201cWork begins\u201d<\/h2>\n

    \u201cWork begins\u201d means the earliest of:<\/p>\n

    1. Pishon\u2019s first committed development task (e.g., creating project repository, installing\/activating theme\/plugins, or starting front-end development) recorded in project management; or<\/li>\n
    2. Confirmation of receipt of cleared payment and issuance of the first invoice.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Pishon will notify the client by email when work commences.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
