1) Plans & Scope<\/h2>\n

Middleman \u2014 $1,000<\/h3>\n

  • 1 year<\/strong> hosting, domain & SSL<\/li>\n
  • 2 weeks<\/strong> post-launch support (minor tweaks)<\/li>\n
  • Basic on-page SEO<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Popular! \u2014 $2,000<\/h3>\n

    • Up to 10 pages<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Blog<\/strong> with 3 starter articles<\/strong> loaded<\/li>\n

      • 3 months<\/strong> priority support<\/li>\n
      • Basic on-page SEO<\/strong> and Google Analytics<\/strong> install<\/li>\n
      • Advanced features (custom forms, booking) and site migration<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Out of scope (all plans unless quoted):<\/em> custom web apps, complex integrations, advanced SEO (audits, backlinking, content programs), paid third-party licenses beyond what\u2019s listed, new features\/pages not in your plan, major redesigns.<\/p>\n

        2) Payments<\/h2>\n

        • Default:<\/strong> full payment at checkout via our online shop (PayPal checkout).<\/li>\n
        • If you need an alternate arrangement (e.g., deposit\/payment schedule), contact us before purchase<\/strong> so we can invoice accordingly.<\/li>\n
        • All prices are in USD<\/strong>. Gateway\/processor fees and any applicable taxes are your responsibility.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          3) Support Window (starts at launch)<\/h2>\n

          • Middleman: 2 weeks<\/strong><\/li>\n
          • Popular!: 1 month<\/strong><\/li>\n
          • Elite: 3 months<\/strong><\/li>\n
          • Included:<\/em> minor text\/image swaps and small layout tweaks. Not included:<\/em> new pages, major design changes, or new features\u2014these are quoted separately.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            4) Hosting, Domain & SSL<\/h2>\n

            • Middleman: 1 year<\/strong> hosting, domain & SSL included.<\/li>\n
            • Popular!: 1 year<\/strong> domain & hosting + 1 year<\/strong> SSL.<\/li>\n
            • Elite: 2 years<\/strong> premium hosting & domain + 2 years<\/strong> SSL.<\/li>\n
            • After the included period, standard renewal fees apply. We are not responsible for third-party provider downtime.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              5) Timelines<\/h2>\n
                \n
              • Middleman: about 10 days<\/strong> (excluding weekends\/holidays)<\/li>\n
              • Popular!: about 21 days<\/strong><\/li>\n
              • Elite: about 6 weeks or more<\/strong>, depending on customizations<\/li>\n
              • Timelines assume on-time content delivery and approvals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                6) Content & Client Responsibilities<\/h2>\n
                  \n
                • Provide brand assets, copy, product details and any legal pages when requested.<\/li>\n
                • You warrant you have rights to all materials supplied.<\/li>\n
                • Delays in content or feedback extend timelines.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                  7) Revisions<\/h2>\n
                    \n
                  • One consolidated revision round<\/strong> per page\/template in design.<\/li>\n
                  • Extra rounds or new requests are change-of-scope<\/strong> and billed at our studio rate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                    8) E-commerce (Elite)<\/h2>\n
                      \n
                    • Baseline setup: products, cart\/checkout, gateway connection.<\/li>\n
                    • Merchant account\/KYC\/compliance sit with you. We do not store card data and are not your PCI officer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                      9) SEO & Analytics<\/h2>\n
                        \n
                      • On-page SEO setup for the pages we build (titles, meta, headings, alt text, basic internal links).<\/li>\n
                      • Google Analytics install where included; you manage the property and access after install.<\/li>\n
                      • Advanced SEO (audits, backlink outreach, content programs, ongoing strategy) is not included.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                        10) Refunds & Cancellations<\/h2>\n
                          \n
                        • Before kickoff and before any third-party purchases<\/strong> (domain, hosting, SSL, paid plugins, stock assets): you may cancel for a refund minus payment-gateway fees<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
                        • After kickoff or once third-party services are purchased or work has begun<\/strong>: payments are non-refundable<\/strong>. Custom design\/development is a service; change of mind isn\u2019t a basis for refund.<\/li>\n
                        • Third-party costs<\/strong> (hosting, domain, SSL, paid plugins, stock assets) are non-refundable<\/strong> once ordered, even if the project is later paused or canceled.<\/li>\n
                        • Chargebacks<\/strong>: initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of services while we seek reversal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                          11) Licenses & Third-party Tools<\/h2>\n
                            \n
                          • Stock, fonts, plugins and themes may carry their own licenses\/renewals. We will note required licenses when applicable.<\/li>\n
                          • If a provider changes pricing or discontinues a tool, substitutes or rework will be quoted.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                            12) Approvals, Access & Handover<\/h2>\n
                              \n
                            • We request timely approvals at milestones.<\/li>\n
                            • Admin credentials and final deliverables are provided after full payment<\/strong> (or as stated on an approved invoice).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                              13) Portfolio Credit (Attribution)<\/h2>\n
                                \n
                              • A small footer credit \u201cDesigned by Pishon Design Studio\u201d may appear. Removal requires written consent and an attribution-removal fee.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                                14) Browser & Device Support<\/h2>\n
                                  \n
                                • We support the current and previous major versions of Chrome, Safari, Edge and Firefox on common desktop\/mobile sizes.<\/li>\n
                                • Internet Explorer and outdated browsers are not supported.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                                  15) Pauses, Inactivity & Abandonment<\/h2>\n
                                    \n
                                  • If content\/feedback is delayed more than 14 days<\/strong>, we may pause and re-book the slot.<\/li>\n
                                  • At 30 days<\/strong> of inactivity, the project may be marked abandoned; a restart fee and new schedule will apply.<\/li>\n
                                  • Payments made are retained; unpaid approved work becomes due.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                                    16) Privacy & Data<\/h2>\n
                                      \n
                                    • We handle credentials with care and use them only for the project.<\/li>\n
                                    • You are the data controller for personal data collected on your site; maintain your own Privacy Policy and compliance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                                      17) Limitation of Liability<\/h2>\n
                                        \n
                                      • We are not liable for registrar\/host outages, third-party failures, or security incidents beyond our control.<\/li>\n
                                      • Our total liability is limited to fees paid to Pishon for the project giving rise to the claim.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                                        18) Dispute Resolution<\/h2>\n
                                          \n
                                        • Parties will attempt good-faith mediation before legal action.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                                          19) Changes to These Terms<\/h2>\n
                                            \n
                                          • We may update these Terms on our site. The version in effect at the time of your order applies unless otherwise agreed in writing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
